Car Parking Licence checklist

Make it Legal™ Checklist

Here are a few important steps to take to finish your document

Read the document to make sure it meets your needs and that everyone involved agrees with the Car Parking Licence.

Remember that if you have any questions you can easily Ask a lawyer.

Each party to the Car Parking Licence must sign the document. If the owner of the parking space is a company, a partnership or an LLP, its representative (ie signatory) must sign.

Signing online

  1. You can select to sign online using RocketSign.

  2. The parties to the Car Parking Licence will receive an email invite to sign online.

Signing in print

  1. Print a copy for each party to the Car Parking Licence.

  2. Each party must sign on the line over their name and date both copies.

The Car Parking Licence becomes legally effective when signed by both parties.

The date of the Licence depends on when the parties sign the document. If the parties sign on the same day, the date of the Car Parking Licence is the date of signature. If the parties sign on different days, the date of the Car Parking Licence is the day when the last person signed the document.

Each party should keep their own original signed Car Parking Licence. It is recommended that each party make a copy of the Car Parking Licence and store their original signed Licence safely away.

A copy of your document will also automatically be stored in your Rocket Lawyer account ‘Dashboard’.
