Rocket Legal is £34.99, charged monthly. If you are a new member, you can try Rocket Legal for free for 7 days. You can cancel the trial at any time; you will be charged £34.99 per month after that.

We can provide advice on the law and procedure, as well as assessing the merits of your case.

Where applicable, we can prepare and send letters before action and engage in pre-action correspondence.

We also offer representation in alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, negotiation and drafting settlement agreements.

Please note that we cannot at present provide direct representation in court proceedings (except for the Employment Tribunal). That said, we can refer you to one of our professional partner law firms, who would be happy to represent you.

A legal professional will review your document for you, checking for correctness and customisations, and will advise if you could benefit from a detailed consultation.

For Rocket Legal+ members, your first trade mark registration (includes one class) is FREE (excluding the IPO fee of £205). Additional classes are £50, excluding the IPO fee.

We deliver an end-to-end service including searches, preparing, and filing your application through to registration.

Registration is for a single application in one trade mark class.

We can even register your trade mark in the EU and the US, which our trade mark lawyer will be happy to discuss with you.

For Rocket Legal members, your business health check is £180. 

We will discuss your business with you and will provide practical initial guidance on areas that may need attention. After your consultation, you will receive a clear outline of the recommended next steps to help protect your business and reduce future legal risk.

You can downgrade or cancel your membership at any time. Log into your account and go to Member Settings. Click downgrade to start the cancellation process.  You can also email customer@rocketlawyer.co.uk. Cancellation will be effective on your next scheduled renewal date, and you will be free to enjoy the benefits of membership until that date.
