What is Azar Realty Group?
Azar Realty Group is a boutique real estate investment and brokerage company. We specialize in acquiring mixed-use and apartment building properties that we can add value to in the Bay Area.
What’s your favorite part of being a business owner?
The best part about being a business owner is the positive impact I can make on my employees, tenants, and co-workers. Nothing beats making people’s lives better with good employment opportunities and clean housing.
What would you say has been the greatest achievement so far?
Providing people from different socioeconomic backgrounds with clean, safe, stable housing that they can be proud to live in. Any time we acquire a property, we always go above and beyond to make exterior improvements first. The reasoning is to give all residents a pride of ownership (even if they are renting).
What has been the biggest challenge?
With prices at extremely high levels, it is hard to find deals to acquire.
How did you decide on Rocket Lawyer?
Rocket Lawyer is easy to use and friendly. The affordability was also a factor. I spoke with a customer service representative a couple of times. Her calls pushed me in that direction, as well. It was enticing to be able to see how it worked before actually paying for it. It’s on demand, which is really nice since you don’t have to wait two or three days for a lawyer because they are always busy. You can draft a lease or start an LLC anytime.
What advice do you have for other entrepreneurs?
Add value to something, anything, whenever and wherever you can. Don’t just settle for the 9-5 mindset. Think outside the box.
Last but not least, what is your main goal for 2018?
Rebranding our website to better network with future clients, business partners, and colleagues in the real estate space.
