Signing online

  1. You can select to sign online using Rocket Lawyer.

Signing in print

  1. Print a copy for the wedding planner and client(s) (the parties). Where there is more than one client, a copy should be provided for each client.

  2.  Date and sign the copies and send them to the client(s).

  3. Ask the client(s) to date and sign the copies and return one to you. The client(s) will keep a copy for their records.

  4. The date of the contract is:

    1. the date on which the parties signed, if that was the same day

    2. the day on which the last party signed the contract, if they signed on different days, or

    3. a different, agreed upon effective date set out in the document

The wedding planner should keep their original signed agreement.

A copy of the wedding planner agreement will also be stored under ‘My Documents’ in your Rocket Lawyer account.

The client(s) should keep their own original signed agreement.
