Make sure the agreement is complete. In particular note that Schedule 4 (the terms and conditions of business for sales by the agent) must be attached to the back of the agreement before it is signed. You can attach Schedule 4 in two ways:
by attaching the terms and conditions when you print off a Word or PDF version of the document; or
by pasting the terms and conditions into a Word version of the document before you print it.
Read the document to make sure it meets your needs and that everyone involved agrees with the Sales agency agreement.

Print a copy for each party to the Sales agency agreement along with the terms and conditions of business as Schedule 4.
Each party must sign and date both copies.
The date of the contract is the date on which the parties signed if that was the same day. If they signed on different days, then it is the day when the last person signed.
Each party should keep their own original signed agreement.
