You've made your document, great work! Now you should...
The buyer and the seller must both sign the Contract.
The date of the Contract is the date on which the parties sign, if that is the same day. If they sign on different days, it is the day on which the last person signs.
You can sign your Sale of Personal Goods Contract by either:

signing online using RocketSign, or

signing in print

print a copy for each party

both parties should sign and date both copies by hand. They can do this at different times, for example, if the seller sends the buyer two signed copies and asks them to sign both and return one

Both parties should keep their own original signed Contract.
