Make sure that the tenant (known as a ‘contract holder’ in Wales) agrees to the terms set out in your Rent Repayment Plan. Get them to sign a copy of the Rent Repayment Plan and return it to you to express their agreement.

Keep a copy of the signed Rent Repayment Plan for your records. A copy will also be automatically stored in your Rocket Lawyer account ‘Dashboard’.
