Here are a few important steps to take to finish your document

Read the document to make sure it meets your needs and that everyone involved agrees with the office sharing agreement.

  1. Print a copy for the provider and one for the sharer (the parties).

  2. If you have selected to attach a plan showing the workstations, make sure this is attached to the agreement.

  3. Both parties must sign each copy of the agreement and any plan.

  4. Collect the licence fee.

  5. Date both copies of the agreement.
