  1. Print out the job offer letter.

  2. Sign it and send it to the employee.

If all goes to plan and the offer does not fall through, you should follow up the job offer letter with the written employment contract. The job offer letter is a contractual offer of a job which is accepted when the employee signs the Employment contract.

  • A copy of the letter will be saved under "My Documents" in your Rocket Lawyer account.

  • The employer should keep a copy of the signed letter for their records.
