Here are a few important steps to take to finish your document
Everyone involved in the exchange of confidential information (known as the ‘parties’) should sign the NDA. You can sign your document by either:
Signing online

You can sign online using RocketSign.

The other party will receive an email invite to sign online.
Signing in print

Print a copy for each party to the NDA.

Each party must sign and date both copies.

The date of the contract is the date on which the parties signed if that was the same day. If they signed on different days, then it is the day when the last person signed.
Each party should safely store their copy of the signed NDA.
A copy of your NDA will be stored automatically in your Rocket Lawyer account ‘Dashboard’.
