Remember that if you have any questions you can easily Ask a lawyer.

The parties must both sign the Letter of Confidentiality. This can be done online or in print.

Signing online

  1. You can sign online using RocketSign.

Signing in print

  1. Print two copies of the Letter of Confidentiality.

  2. Sign both copies and send them to the recipient.

  3. Ask the recipient to counter-sign, print their name and date both copies in the spaces provided at the bottom of the Letter and return one copy to you. The recipient will keep the second copy for their records.

The Letter of Confidentiality becomes legally effective when the recipient counter-signs and dates it.
