Here are a few important steps to take to finish your document
Make the Consultant Privacy Notice available to consultants by, for example:

including it in induction packs

providing it in hard copy

sending it out by email
-
putting it on notice boards, an intranet site, or other easily accessible business computer systems

including it as part of any starter information provided to consultants
The Consultant Privacy Notice is not a contract and does not need to be signed or agreed to by the consultant. You can ask consultants to sign an acknowledgement to show that they received it, but it’s not legally required.
Keep a copy of the Consultant Privacy Notice for your records.
A copy of the notice will also be stored automatically in your Rocket Lawyer account ‘Dashboard’.
Consultants should also keep a copy of the Notice or have easy access to it via a business intranet.
