Here are a few important steps to take to finish your document
Keep a copy of your Articles of Association at your company’s registered office (or a single alternative inspection (SAIL) address).
Your Articles of Association will also be stored in your Rocket Lawyer account ‘Dashboard’.
The Articles will also be held by Companies House and are accessible as a public record. You will need to send your Articles of Association to Companies House when you submit your company registration. For more information, read Articles of association.
