She assists clients in all facets of domestic and international trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing and enforcement. She handles administrative proceedings, including oppositions and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and manages a variety of intellectual property related transactional matters.</span></p>

Kim's consumer rights practice focuses on the protection of consumers from illegal and abusive collection practices by debt collectors. She helps clients&nbsp;</span><span>stop debt collectors from calling a client at work, calling neighbors, friends or family about a client's debt, and calling a client's cell phone. Kim also helps clients stop debt collectors from using obscene and profane language, threatening to seize a client's assets or garnish a client's wages, if the debt collector has no right to take such action, and threatening a client with jail time. She also helps clients who are being harassed by debt collectors for debts they do not owe.</span></p>
