- The pool service provider and property owner both know what they are responsible for
- Neither party is surprised by how much time is needed
Without this document, you and/or the property owner may experience one or more of the following unwanted outcomes: scope creep, unmet standards of quality, not being paid on time, unclear timelines or delayed delivery, and limited recourse when problems arise.

What does it typically cost to get a pool service contract template prepared by an attorney?
Attorney fees for drafting or reviewing a Pool Service Contract can vary widely. Many lawyers charge hourly rates that may range from around $100 for less experienced attorneys to $350 or more per hour for highly experienced attorneys in major metropolitan areas. The total cost will depend on several factors, including your location, the attorney’s experience, and the complexity of your agreement. More documents or situations involving negotiation will typically require more time and increase the overall cost.
