Michael Fucci is a general business attorney with more than 15 years of experience. He has dealt with numerous legal cases involving real estate, business formation, business consulting and other related practice areas.
Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and is licensed to practice law in California. Previously, Michael was an Executive Producer and Attorney at 929 Entertainment and also held positions at Clear Talent Group, Attorney Appear, Law Offices of Paul N Philips, APLC.
Attorney and Director of Legal Services, LL. M, J.D., B.S., Licensed in AL Rocket Legal Professional Services
As Director of Legal Services, JC is responsible for helping establish Rocket Lawyer’s Arizona Alternative Business Structure law firm, Rocket Legal Professional Services, building in-house legal professional services, and managing a contract attorney network. He supervises a diverse team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrators.
Previously, JC served as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 2009, and later as Clerk of Court for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He retired from the federal courts in 2024.
JC graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Behavioral Science, earned a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, and earned his LL.M in Government Contracts from the George Washington University Law School. He enjoys running, water skiing, snow skiing, golfing, and spending time with family.
Paralegal and Legal Operations Manager Rocket Legal Professional Services
Since joining the company in 2013, Ashley has worn many hats–starting in customer service and growing into her current role as Legal Operations Manager. Along the way, she discovered a passion for trademarks and helped scale Rocket Lawyer’s trademark services into what they are today. Since then, she earned her paralegal certification summa cum laude and is now a highly experienced and knowledgeable trademark paralegal.
Ahley loves working with the small and medium-sized businesses Rocket Lawyer serves, and considers it a privilege to connect with clients making meaningful contributions to their industries and communities.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys time with her two Australian shepherds, Pippa and Astro, who never let her forget who’s really in charge.

Molly is a legal researcher with a background in administrative law, having served as an administrative law judge in Arizona and Connecticut. She presided over unemployment hearings and developed a deep understanding of public benefits law .
Today, Molly researches, drafts, and updates an expansive library of documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all.
A graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, Molly is passionate about immigration law, prisoners’ rights, and labor and employment law. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, interior design, and volunteering with immigrant advocacy organizations.

She continued her education and growth trajectory earning her Certified Paralegal (CP) accreditation through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), her Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) designation, and growing to lead teams of legal professionals and supported high-impact projects across the company’s global legal operations.
Kelsi is now a Senior Legal Paraprofessional Manager, leading a national team of Legal Pros, driving operational excellence, and supporting the scalable delivery of legal assistance to clients across the U.S. Her passion for legal service, helping clients navigate challenging legal issues continues to fuel her in her work supporting individuals and small business owners.

Miranda is a Tennessee attorney and legal researcher with deep experience interpreting complex legal texts. She holds a J.D. from William and Mary Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Virginia Tech.
Her career spans research assistantships, legal internships, and a teaching role as a law professor, focusing on legal research and writing. Her varied experience helped her develop a strong foundation in a variety of legal research methodologies, giving her unique talents in how to perform legal research, craft well-structured legal documents, and explain legal terminology and concepts in accessible language.

With this foundation and expertise, he then grew his firm into the largest trademark filer in the U.S.. Nick’s focus has not wavered from expanding access to the trademark system through technology and principled lawyering.

Nellie Schulz is a Rocket Lawyer Attorney in private practice and licensed in Pennsylvania.
