Start Your Employment Contract

Work for Hire Agreement

If you are hiring an independent contractor to provide their services to your company, you should have the contractor sign Work for Hire Agreement. This is not for staff employees who are being paid wages in which you are deducting taxes.

Consulting Agreement

If you are hiring a consultant to provide their services to your company, you should have the consultant sign this form in agreement. The information on the Consulting Agreement spells out the terms and conditions of the services they will be providing to you. At RocketLawyer.com, if you select this agreement form, it will already include a Non-compete Agreement and Confidentiality Agreement section so you do not have to create those documents separately.

Employment Agreement

This form can be used when you hire new employees. The Employment Agreement can list the duties and terms of employment, as well as compensation and other benefits offered. The Employment Agreement from Rocket Lawyer is a useful document to utilize when hiring any employee.

In addition to these forms, you can also find other employment related forms at Rocket Lawyer such as the Employee Warning Letter, Employment Application, Employment Verification Letter and several more.

By using these forms, you can streamline your human resources and hiring functions and protect your business by having all the employment terms, conditions and legalese necessary.

If you’re unsure which Employment Agreement best suits your business needs, reach out to a Rocket Legal Pro for affordable legal advice.
