New FFCRA Poster Required by the Department of Labor

As new laws are being passed to support and protect businesses and their employees during the coronavirus pandemic, it is important that you stay legally compliant as an employer. 

In light of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), which makes temporary adjustments to family and medical leave (FMLA) and paid sick leave, the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division has released a new required workplace notification poster for covered employers to post physically and/or distribute to their employees who may be working remotely.
