Step 3. Create an Operating Agreement Though New Jersey does not require an LLC Operating Agreement, it’s still a smart idea to create one to establish rules and guidelines for your New Jersey LLC. It may be written or spoken.
Step 4. Schedule a Meeting There are no specific requirements when holding an organizational meeting in New Jersey.
Step 5. Submit an Initial Report
It’s not necessary to submit an Initial Report with New Jersey, but it’s recommended that you do. It should only take 15 minutes to fill yours out.
