November 19, 2015 — Rocket Lawyer is proud to announce our partnership with Bay Area Legal Aid (BayLegal)! At Rocket Lawyer, we’ve always been committed to making the law simple and affordable for all, and this pilot program will help to assist many Bay Area residents who currently don’t have the means to access legal help. In collaboration with BayLegal, we’ll explore creative solutions to provide the legal services that many low-income clients so desperately need.
With Rocket Lawyer’s access to technology and resources, we’ll be training BayLegal’s attorneys on our platform to provide legal documents and advice for people in need. Rocket Lawyer general counsel Alon Rotem, who helped launch the pilot, states “we’re proud to partner with BayLegal to expand access to justice to indigent clients in our local community."
