February 13, 2016 — 2016 SaaStr Annual conference in San Francisco about what it’s like to grow from a startup to over 100,000 subscribers. He talked extensively about our mission to democratize access to justice around the world. Charley featured several Rocket Lawyer customers and On Call attorneys. He also described lessons learned, including our investments in customer service, design, product development, optimization and culture.
Saastr brought together over 150 other leaders in the on-demand software industry, who spoke to more than 5,000 attendees. Special shout out to Sarah Chan who collaborated with Charley to create our Saastr presentation!
