Before you start
You'll have to provide some basic information so we can help you form your LLC in minnesota. Here's what your state needs to know:

Running a Minnesota LLC
Once you’ve created your Minnesota LLC, you’ll only have a few steps to complete. Here's what you'll need to do:
Step 1. Hire a Registered Agent All Minnesota LLCs must assign and maintain a Registered Agent and office within the state at all times. Foreign qualified entities must do the same.
Step 2. Set Up an EIN Instead of using your LLC name, an Employer Identification Number is a better way for the IRS to track your business.
Step 3. Create an LLC Operating Agreement In Minnesota, an LLC Operating Agreement is sometimes called Bylaws. This agreement is not mandatory in this state but it’s a good way to lay out how your Minnesota LLC will run its business.
Step 4. Assemble an Organizational Meeting It’s mandatory to hold an organizational meeting. Regular meetings of members may be held on an annual or other less frequent periodic basis.
Step 5. Send in a Statement of Information Minnesota does not mandate you to send in a Statement of Information. Plus, there is no fee, unless you’re reinstating a previously revoked or terminated LLC.
