It seems that some of our sales reps need extra support in the area of _________________. This is one of those subjects where group classes don't really seem to help. The reps need to be coached individually.
Could you arrange for someone to work with a some of the reps, in particular _________________ and _________________, on this area? I think they'll learn fast, but they need someone to demonstrate the subject to them.
