The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and was able to convey the information in a lively and entertaining manner. The instructor also engaged us in questions and thought-provoking discussions and dealt with a full range of trainee concerns.
In addition, the workbooks and visual aids were quite useful. I have the workbook sitting on my desk right now and plan to use it as a frequent reference.
Even the facility was outstanding: the chairs were comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and the lunch was terrific.
