I refuse to have my loyalty and good credit be "rewarded" by being asked to pay what I consider to be usurious fees.
If you insist on implementing this rate increase, I will close my account. I expect to receive a letter from you within ten days of the date of this letter, telling me that my rates will remain exactly as they have been. If I do not receive such a letter within that time, I will assume that you are no longer interested in serving as my _________________, and I will avail myself of one of the many other options available to me.
