Mark Heftler

<p style="text-align: justify"><span>Mark Heftler is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Before pursuing his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, located in Newark, New Jersey, Mark joined on to a then fledgling geriatric consulting practice, Distinctive Care, LLC, as the company administrator in 2008. After overseeing exponential growth in his three year tenure, Mark drafted the company&rsquo;s operating agreement, and was shortly thereafter elected Vice President of the executive board, a position which he holds today.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify"><span>Mark attended Seton Hall University School of Law on a presidential scholarship, graduating with a Juris Doctor. During his time at Seton Hall, Mark served with a variety of organizations, most prominently the Mock Trial Board, where he was the Board&rsquo;s co-chair. In his final competing role at the National Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition in Chicago, Illinois, Mark achieved a perfect score for his school.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify"><span>After graduating from law school, Mark passed the Bar Examinations for both New Jersey and New York; he is pending admission in New York.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify"><span>Mark has gained a wealth of experience in a variety of positions, which he is pleased to bring to bear for his clients. These experiences include time spent as a research assistant at Seton Hall, as a staff intern with Essex Newark Legal Services, and as a legal extern with the Rockland County District Attorney&rsquo;s office, where he was privileged to represent the people of New York in court.</span></p>
