I regret signing up for it and am sorry that I paid hard-earned money to attend it. In light of this, I would appreciate a refund or credit to attend a different session.

I would like a response to the unsatisfactory nature of this session, or I will have this investigated by the National Trainer's Organization of which I know you are a member.
