The first time I called you, I was still your loyal customer, expecting to receive courteous service and a quick exchange of the _________________, which does not work.

 

By the second or third phone calls, I was becoming more focused on the fact that you hadn't returned my calls than I was on the fact that the _________________ didn't work. And _________________, after _________________ calls, I am furious!

 

I have been a customer of your store for many years, and the value of the item I want to exchange is paltry in comparison to the potential value of my business over the next few years. Isn't all that worth a phone call? Apparently not.
