Summary
Michelle Alarcon works on a variety of immigration matters, including family and employer petitions, visas, residency and naturalization petitions. Ms. Alarcon also provides services to both employers and employees in various employment related matters such as EEO compliance training, wrongful termination and employment discrimination claims before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, developing employee handbooks, and counseling clients on employment-related issues.
