Profile:

Michelle Alarcon works on a variety of immigration matters, including family and employer petitions, visas, residency and naturalization petitions.  Ms. Alarcon also provides services to both employers and employees in various employment related matters such as EEO compliance training, wrongful termination and employment discrimination claims before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, developing employee handbooks, and counseling clients on employment-related issues.

Handles various immigration issues.   Assists employers in the following areas:
Employee and management training on EEO and other compliance issues, drafting of employment contracts, drafting personnel policies, internal complaint procedures, employee handbook, employee relations, and employee benefit plans.

Additional Information:

Ms. Alarcon conducts EEO seminars and guest speaking engagements for businesses and associations in Hawaii.  She is an assistant professor teaching employment law and business law.
