I practice in all aspects of immigration law, including business, family, asylum, and removal defense. I have worked with numerous companies across various industries for immigration of skilled workers in all visa categories. I have processed and filed petitions, appeals, and motions with the USCIS, the DOS, and the DOL. In addition, I have represented clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the United States Federal Court.
I practice exclusively in US Immigration and Nationality laws. The firm has offices in St. Louis, Missouri and Belleville, Illinois and serves an extensive and diverse client base - ranging from big business houses to small entrepreneurs and leading academic institutions for their immigration needs. We also handle family immigration and asylum matters as well as naturalization casework. We also counsel business clients regarding workplace enforcement and I-9 compliance issues.
