Summary
Steve is an active member of both the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association (WSTLA) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and has accepted numerous leadership roles. Steve has been named a "Rising Star" by Washington Law & Politics in its annual survey. Trial presentation technology is a specialty of Steve’s, and he has written articles and lectured many times in Washington and outside Washington on the subject.
Steve has practiced personal injury law in the Puget Sound area since 2002 at the LePley Law Firm in Bellevue, Washington. He handles all types of personal injury claims, including motor vehicle collisions, defective products, worker's compensation, private and social security disability, insurance bad faith, slip and fall, and many other types of cases. Steve was raised in North Carolina and California, but considers Washington his home.
