experienced corporate and securities attorneys formerly associated with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Behar’s other former
associations include the law firm of Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy
LLP and he also was Corporate Counsel at Toys R Us, Inc.
