My practice is focused on divorce and post-divorce proceedings, with an emphasis on parenting time and parental decision-making; child-support and other child-related financial matters; and general financial issues including, but not limited to, property division, debt allocation, and maintenance (sometimes referred to as alimony).

It is important for a client to obtain as much complete and accurate information as possible in order to make informed decisions that serve his or her long-term needs and goals.  I strive to provide that information and to work with my clients to develop an effective strategy that is based upon each person's specific circumstances.

Additional Information:

Education: Florida State University, J.D., 1980.  After clerking for an appellate judge for one year, I practiced law in Florida from 1981 through 1991. 

I moved to Colorado in 1992 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1993.  After working at a Boulder law firm for 1½ years, I started a solo practice in September 1994.  For over 12 years, my practice has focused on a wide variety of divorce and post-divorce issues.
