I focus my practice on assisting individuals, families, and small businesses with their everyday legal needs. I offer counseling in the areas of wealth preservation and transfer, asset protection, and in protecting the assets of small businesses (including intellectual property). I also assist businesses with their e-commerce needs and counsel them on the legal and regulatory requirements governing their business data and their day to day operations.
