I have been awarded the highest rating, AV, by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. I am a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. I was also named a “Lawyer’s Lawyer” by New Hampshire Magazine and included in The Best Lawyers in America. I am a member of the New Hampshire and American Bar Associations and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. Since 2007, I have been named to the New England Super Lawyers list.
Since 1994, Ansell & Anderson has provided legal services in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, special needs trusts, guardianships, and gift, estate and generation skipping transfer tax planning. Ruth Tolf Ansell has practiced estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, and related tax planning in New Hampshire since 1981. Ruth graduated from Fordham Law School (JD 1981) and received her Masters Degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law (LLM Tax 1988).
