Mr. Thornburg is an active member of the Florida Bar.  He currently serves on the executive counsel of the Business Law Section, where he is the Vice Chair of the IP Law Committee.  He is also a past Chair of the section's Computer Law Committee.  He serves on the Florida Supreme Court Trial Technology Committee, and the Florida Bar Civil Rules Subcommittee on Electronic Discovery.  An avid Florida Gator, Mr. Thornburg is a member of the executive committee of the UF Law Alumni Counsel.

Robert Thornburg specializes in the fiends of patent, trademark, trade secret, domain name dispute, and technology related litigation.  He also assists clients in the preparation and filing of patents, trademarks and copyrights.
