Rob has a national tax law practice and represents individuals and business clients exclusively in the areas of criminal law, tax advice and controversy. Rob has litigated multi-million dollar civil and criminal tax cases. Rob has experience representing clients involved in “Listed Transactions” deemed by the IRS to be abusive tax‑shelter arrangements. At the administrative level, Rob represents clients before the Examination & Appeals Divisions of the IRS and various state tax authorities.
