In his litigation practice, Rob represents creditors including banks, equipment finance and leasing companies and other lenders engaged in a wide variety of lending, borrowing leasing, and other structured transactions. Additionally, Rob regularly represents small businesses preventing and recouping losses due to aged accounts receivable.

Previous Work
Prior to opening his own practice, Rob was an associate in the New York office of one of the nation's premier "Big Law" firms practicing in the areas of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.
