Started practice in a very large business firm, practiced with a small firm, and am now a sole practitioner with a broad range of experience. I have been specializing in immigration and nationality law since 1979. Before that I litigated employment discrimination cases in federal court, advised clients on labor relations matters, and also handled plaintiff's medical malpractice cases.
Certified immigration and nationality law specialist by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. Experience in all areas but current focus is business immigration visas and permanent residence applications. Represent many high technology companies.
