Profile:

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Obuchowski has focused his practice in the areas of consumer and business bankruptcy law, representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 cases. Mr. Obuchowski has served as a Chapter 7 Trustee on the panel of private trustees for the District of Vermont since 1986 having handled nearly 10,000 cases. Mr. Obuchowski has also served as a Trustee in Chapter 11 cases and as a Receiver for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
