Nancy's practice philosophy is simple: she understands that her clients will achieve the greatest benefit of her legal services as an active participant in his or her own legal matter. She works in tandem with her clients and communicates emphatically and efficiently so that they not only understand the direction their matter is moving, but they feel confident in that direction as well.
Nancy focuses her practice on family law and has received special training in an alternative dispute resolution process whereby people in the midst of conflict pledge to negotiate a settlement without going to court. This process, known as Collaborative Law, focuses on a client–driven settlement process and provides people in conflict with a way to find durable solutions.
She is available for consultation, mediation and representation, and provides litigation services when necessary.
