My civil trial practice emphasizes business fraud and business tort litigation, legal malpractice litigation, and personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation. We handle cases in Colorado, California, and throughout the southwestern United States (with local counsel).
My practice emphasizes business fraud and business tort litigation and legal malpractice litigation . I am the managing editor of Lawyers Professional Liability in Colorado, 2nd ed. (CLE in Colorado, Inc., M. Mihm, Ed., 2005), a two-volume book on the law of professional liability that is updated annually. I also wrote a number of the chapters in the books. I also handle personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation.
We handle cases both on an hourly fee basis and a contingent fee basis. Members of my staff speak fluent Spanish. I was named a "Colorado Super Lawyer" for 2006, 2007 and 2008.
I graduated from the University of Southern California Law School in 1983. I am admitted to state and federal courts in California and Colorado.
