I have significant experience representing both consumers and businesses under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.  My civil practice includes representing debtors, creditors, plaintiffs, defendants, landlords and tenants in various matters. 

I am experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as organizing all types of business entities and advising on their continued operation.
