The area of law on which I have focused the most attention is trial law. I have tried over 150 jury trials to conclusion. My practice focuses on business disputes, construction disputes as well as personal injury cases. Although I have a great deal of experience in the courtroom, my goal is to prepare a case as if it will go to trial so that my client has the best opportunity to settle the dispute.
