I have been involved in federal proceedings involving banking and business fraud, commodities law, environmental law, financial fraud, health law, securities law, tax law, and trade law violations.

Education: South Texas College of Law, J.D., 1982; University of Houston Law Center (LL.M., Taxation, 1996; LL.M., Health Law, 2000). I am board certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and the National Board of Trial Advocacy, extensively published, and speak nationally. I am also Editor-in-Chief of a pharmaceutical law treatise published in 2007 by BNA and have written many book chapters and dozens of published articles.
