Summary
I practice law in the following areas: Employment law and Commercial Litigation including business torts such as tortious interference and statutory business conspiracy, as well as litigation concerning non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. I practice primarily in the following courts: United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Virginia Circuit Courts of Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William.
I represent Virginia employers in all aspects of employment law including: Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, USERRA, DOL and OFCCP audits, Affirmative Action Plans, employment contracts, handbook review, employee discipline and terminations, and drafting and litigating non-compete/non-solicitation agreements.
