More About My Practice:

In 2004, Mr. Green founded General Counsel, P.C., a law firm based in McLean, Virginia.  Mr. Green (and the other attorneys of General Counsel, P.C.), serve as the “legal partner and trusted advisor” providing day-to-day legal counsel to clients.  General Counsel, P.C.’s legal services include:  corporate formation, drafting contracts, mergers/acquisitions, negotiating commercial leases, intellectual property, state/federal court litigation, government contracts and estate planning.

Additional Information:

Mr. Green received his J.D., cum laude, from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and Editor-in-Chief of The Labor Lawyer.

Mr. Green is a member of the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  He serves as Chair for the General Counsel Committee for the American Small Business Coalition.  He also was a Business Plan Judge for the 2008 Community Business Partnership’s Business Plan Contest.
