Merritt R. Blakeslee has practiced in the field international trade regulation since 1991. He has represented clients before the U.S. International Trade Commission, the Office of the USTR, the International Trade Administration, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. His principal practice areas include Section 337 investigations at the International Trade Commission, Customs counseling and enforcement; antidumping investigations; and export controls.

Mr. Blakeslee is a 1991 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia Law School. He also holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. from Tulane University. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the District of Columbia Circuit, and the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Court of International Trade. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the ITC Trial Lawyers Association.
