Mr. Asbell primarily practices trademark and patent prosecution, both domestically and internationally. His patent work includes applications for inventions in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, chemistry and medical devices.

Additional Information:

Mr. Asbell received his B.S. in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon and attended the MCP-Hahnemann  He received his J.D. from Cardozo.  Among others, Mr. Asbell is currently a member of the Trademarks and Unfair Competition Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and chair of the newsletter subcommittee of the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law's Committee on Online Privacy and Security
