I practice law in the following areas: Family Law, Social Security Disability and Mediation. I also serve as special counsel to the University of Nebraska Academic Rights and Responsibilities committee and am counsel for Region II Mental health services. I also provide legal advice and guidance to mental health providers.

Mediation and litigation of all types of family law matters, including parenting plans, custody and divorce.  I also provide representation to individuals applying for Social Security disability. I represent and assist mental health providers re: issues such as privileged information. Our firm: McHenry, Haszard, Hansen, Roth and Hupp, LLO, PC  (commonly referred to as McHenry Law & Mediation) has eight attorneys and we work as a team to provide our clients high quality, ethical representation.
